1. Browser-first processing

ToFromImage is designed to process common image conversions directly in your browser. For standard formats such as PNG, JPG, and WebP, your files stay on your device during conversion.

2. No hidden HEIC upload service

This public build does not upload HEIC files to a private conversion API. If your browser cannot decode a HEIC or HEIF file locally, the conversion will fail on your device and you may need to export or share a browser-compatible version first.

3. What we do not store

We do not intentionally store your source images, converted images, or image metadata on our servers as part of the standard conversion flow.

4. Local browser storage

The site may store simple local preferences in your browser, such as theme or language choices. This helps the interface behave consistently between visits.

5. Logs and infrastructure

Like most hosted websites, the platform may keep routine infrastructure logs such as request timing, status codes, and basic operational diagnostics. These logs are used to keep the service running and to troubleshoot errors.

6. Changes

We may update this policy as the product changes. If processing behavior changes materially, the policy should be updated to match the real behavior of the public site.
